Choose what to restore

Select rows and choose Restore Selected Messages to IMAP, or use Mailbox Utilities > Restore All Messages to IMAP to upload the complete archive.

Connect securely

Enter the IMAP server, TLS port, username, and password or app-specific password. PST Office verifies the server certificate. Saved passwords are stored in the macOS Keychain; forgetting an account removes its saved credential.

Choose a destination mailbox

After connecting, filter and select an existing server mailbox or type a new mailbox name. A new name overrides the selected existing mailbox, and PST Office creates it before upload when needed.

Monitor conversion and upload

Restore converts and uploads each message to the destination. You can pause, resume, cancel, or continue in the background. The completion view reports the restored count and lists individual failures without hiding successful uploads.
