Choose a supported file
Choose File > Open and select a regular MBOX file, a file named “mbox,” or an Apple Mail-style .mbox package. When you select a package, MBox Office looks for its contained mailbox file. A package with multiple possible mailbox files must be opened more specifically.
Let large archives continue in the background
MBox Office shows the first messages as soon as they are ready, then continues preparing the rest of a large mailbox in the background. Open Activity to view progress or pause and resume the work.
Use recent files and review warnings
Choose File > Open Recent to return to an archive or clear the recent list. Format warnings appear at the bottom of the message list; point to the warning count for details. A damaged message does not necessarily prevent the rest of the archive from opening.
