Select the messages you need
Click a message for a single selection. Command-click toggles individual rows, Shift-click extends a range, and Command-A selects every displayed message. The row context menu acts on the current selection.
Export messages as EML
Choose File > Export Selected Message to write one .eml file. With several messages selected, choose a folder and PST Office writes one EML per message with safe, collision-resistant filenames. Conversion stops for a message if PST data cannot be represented safely.
Open or save one attachment
The attachment bar appears when the selected message opens. Open asks macOS to show the attachment in its default app. Save As lets you choose a permanent destination.
Extract attachments in bulk
Select messages with attachments and choose Extract Attachments from the File or context menu. To process the complete archive, open Mailbox Utilities and choose Extract All Attachments. PST Office writes a report listing skipped or failed items.
