Open and read an archive

Choose File > Open, select a PST file, and wait for its catalog to finish. Select a message row to read it and click a folder chip to focus on that Outlook folder.

Find a message

Choose Basic Search from Search Level for fast header and folder search, or Content Search when you also need words inside message bodies. Type your query in the toolbar search field.

Take messages elsewhere

Select messages and use the File menu to export EML files, extract attachments, print, or restore mail to IMAP. Use Mailbox Utilities for complete-archive exports and restore.
