Select a supported archive

Choose File > Open and select a file with the .pst extension. PST Office supports Outlook Personal Storage Table archives; it does not open OST files or MBOX archives.

Browse folders and messages

PST Office reads the archive catalog and preserves each message’s Outlook folder path. Folder paths appear as clickable chips in the message list and preview.

Return to recent files and review warnings

Use File > Open Recent to return to an archive or clear the recent list. A warning means some PST data could not be read, but other messages may still be available.
